Daily Outfit: It’s still summer!

dailyoutfit 8.25.13Can this type of skirt be worn in the winter?  Bright, cheery, summer colors and flowers?  Maybe, but I usually keep such items seasonal.  Time for a last jaunt with the flowered skirt!
