Short and sweet.  With simple visuals, Grant Blakeman walks us through a day-in-the-life of anyperson, from plugging in to our phones in the morning, bouncing from project to project at work, and getting overwhelmed by toothpaste selection while we run errands.

Blakeman discusses “actively curating” our lives and making room for “negative space.”  Where’s your negative space?  In your wardrobe, in your living room, in your schedule?  What gets a “no” and a “yes” to keep your life intentionally curated?
